Billing Specialist

• Experience working with dental insurance claims
• Knowledge of PPO insurance plans/billing
• Experience in posting insurance claim payments and adjustments
• Excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task & work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Dentrix preferred

Call Center Representative

• Ability to handle a high-volume of calls in a call-center environment
• Professional and upbeat phone demeanor
• Bi-Lingual Eng/Spanish a plus!

Patient Coordinator

• Bubbly personality is a MUST!
• Loves working with children
• Exceptional customer service & communication skills
• Computer literacy required in MS Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail
• Clean, neat professional appearance
• Previous dental front office & Dentrix exp a plus but not mandatory

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

• Must have an active RDA license
• Bubbly personality & passion for children is a MUST!
• Ability to multi-task & work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work 2 Saturdays a month
• Flexibility in traveling to other office locations as needed
• Clean, neat professional appearance
• Dentrix exp a plus!

Orthodontic RDA

• Minimum of 1-2 years of Ortho RDA experience
• Must have an active RDA license
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task & work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy
• Flexibility in traveling to other office locations as needed
• Clean, neat professional appearance
• Dentrix exp a plus!

Part-Time Sterilization Tech

• Sterilization of dental instruments in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization skills
• No exp is necessary!

Treatment Coordinator

• Ability to present treatment plans & arrange financial agreements
• Strong results-oriented sales background
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent follow-up & attention to detail
