Usually, between the ages of 6 and 12 months, you will start to see a child's first tooth emerge. This process plays an important role in the development of healthy permanent teeth, a normal jaw, and the ability to speak and chew properly. The eruption of "baby teeth" will continue for a few more years, at which time some of those "baby teeth" will start "falling out" to be replaced with permanent teeth. This is an important period of time where excellent pediatric dentistry and the instillation of good, healthy habits must come together. Our team is excited to be your partner in your child's oral health and can guide you through this process and make sure your child is developing a normal, health smile.
We provide a full range of dental services geared towards children that start right from the beginning:
Good habits start early, and we work with children and their parents to instill these values. We help assess the sugar intake of your child, and instruct them on proper brushing and flossing techniques.
As your child's dental "home", we'll see to it that he or she has healthy teeth, comfortable dental procedures, and excellent oral health habits.
